Young men of color at disproportionally affected by underemployment/unemployment, poverty, incarceration, and low education outcomes. If not given the opportunity to develop positive community networks and resources to improve their lives, these young men become prisoners within the “war zones” of their own neighborhoods. 

Man to 2 Urban Youth Advocate was created in response to the needs of young men of color between the ages of 10 and 24 by developing programs to help strengthen their role as leaders in their communities and provide them with pathways to success.

We see men of color as powerful, positive, and protective co-parents and aim to provide practical principles and resources to produce men who care and support themselves, their families, and communities.
